Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days within Bangladesh
• Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (available in major cities)
• Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement
• Delivery times may vary during holidays and promotional events

Delivery Charges

• Standard Delivery: 60 BDT
• Express Delivery: 120 BDT
• Free standard shipping on orders over 2,000 BDT
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS. You can track your order anytime using our Order Tracking page with your order number. If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will make two additional attempts. After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. Please contact us to arrange re-delivery.
