7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
Eligible Items
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- All accessories and free items must be included
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
- For COD orders, refunds are issued via bKash or Nagad
- For online payments, refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including delivery charges.
